• We use Gildan products whenever they are available. We have found them to be the best quality and very durable.

  • At times there may be some residue seen on the apparel, this comes from the manufacturing process and should wash off.

  • Occasionally there are defects in the shirts that we may miss. If you find a defect please take pictures and send them and we will try to get the manufacturer to replace that shirt.

  • DRYING: The proper way to dry these shirts is by turning them inside out and drying on a low heat setting. Air drying is recommended for the best longevity.

  • IRONING: IT IS NOT RECCOMENDED TO IRON THESE SHIRTS. If you need to iron, turn the shirt inside out and iron at the lowest setting. DO NOT let the iron sit on any spot, always keep the iron moving.

  • Any of our items that are heat applied or heat set are done using a top of the line press. We have professional press machines that are significantly higher quality and far more efficient than the basic press. As well all items are pressed multiple times to ensure the best adhesion and quality possible.

The Apparel:

The Images:

  • Our standard image size is 12"x12" back design and 4"x4" pocket front. All of our pricing is based off these sizes. Any images that go bigger are considered oversized images and are subject to additional cost.

  • The main image process we use for color apparel is called Direct to Film. It uses inks similar to thinned screen printing inks that are applied to a film through a specialized printer. After printing a substrate is applied to the ink, this substrate is what adheres the film to the fabric. It also helps to keep the image from cracking like you see in screen printed applications. The image is then heat applied which melts the substrate into the fabric and creates a strong and lasting bond. I personally wear shirts that are many years old that are still crisp and vibrant after years of washing and drying.

  • Like any process, there is always a chance of failures. We can fix most failures, and if we cannot fix it we will replace the item as long as it meets certain criteria.

  • If you experience a failure of the image please send the item back to us and we will evaluate it.

We have found this process to be as good (if not better) than screen printing, and in many cases these images will look better for longer.

We try as hard as we can to keep costs and pricing as low as possible without sacrificing quality. We use the best of materials that we can find, and are always testing new vendors and setups to improve whenever possible. We keep our profits very minimal so we can keep the cost as low as possible, because of this we do require a deposit on most orders to help us afford some of the materials for each order.

*1 - Returns and replacements are not guaranteed. The Criteria for replacement includes:
- The item is only guaranteed for one year of normal use. Work shirts are subject to our discretion.
- The item must have been properly cared for. In most cases we can tell if an image is failing due to excessive heat or ironing, in which case that
item does not qualify for return or replacement.

If the item looks to be heavily used to such an extent that any normal item would fail under that use it is not subject to return or replacement.
If the failure or defect is with any part of the shirt other than the image we put on, it would fall under a (T-Shirt) manufacturer issue and we can contact
the manufacturer and request a replacement or refund through them. If they oblige we will follow through with replacing our end.

*2 - If the item qualifies for a return or replacement we will reimburse you for shipping. This reimbursement is for standard shipping costs only. If it costs
us $4.25 to ship to you and you show us a receipt for $12.99 we will only refund the $4.25 unless we have an agreement that specifies otherwise.
